You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, not sharing your credentials, and logging out on shared or public devices. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or abuse features is prohibited.
We may require you to verify your email address before accessing certain features. You agree to complete verification when required.

The AI Companion and risk assessment tools are educational and informational only. They do not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise) and should not be relied on for critical decisions. You are responsible for verifying information and consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics providers, or external websites). Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planetgel-O Enterprises LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planetgel-O Enterprises LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Before initiating a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at mycasupport@planetgel-o.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, certain disputes may be subject to binding arbitration and a waiver of class actions and jury trials, as described in the full Terms of Service you reviewed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to any arbitration provisions, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Planetgel-O Enterprises LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
